Resilience in Times of Uncertainty: Coping with the COVID-19 Pandemic
Webinar: Thursday, August 13, 6:00pm
Speaker: Lucy Bailey, Behavior Specialist
School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties
Intense uncertainty can trigger stress, anxiety, and depression.
The first in our Master Mind Series of community conversations about behavioral and mental health, this virtual seminar will address the reasons uncertainty is so emotional. It will offer strategies for how parents can respond in healthy ways so we and our children can thrive, particularly as we prepare for a new school year unlike any other our children have experienced.
