Take Time to Breathe

There are so many things going on in and around our lives that at times, it can all feel so overwhelming. If you can relate to this feeling, I'm encouraging you to take time to breathe. Each day, make it a part of your daily routine to pause and focus on breathing.

Breathe in (one, two, three, four)

Breathe out (one, two, three four)

Repeat as many times as you need.

As you focus on your breathing, let the quietness of this moment restore your calm and bring you to a place of mental peace.
